So I've been listening to Reverend Glasseye a lot lately (that and Tori Amos' Scarlet's Walk back to back for a week and a half. DJ skills = fail), also reading Faulkner and hanging out with ~existentialpogo, and then this happened. The song is actually called "Belle's Palsy," but whatever. It's a stylistic experiment, a mash-up of Gothic styles, medieval and American/Southern. I'm actually developing an aesthetic for a bigger project along these lines, so if you're the critiquing type, do let me know how I did. <3 Drawing ink and Dan Smith watercolors, 11x14" Edit: Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou!
